We believe in parent involvement and working closely with our parents which will contribute to the great success of our students. Our school consists of separate facilities for boys and girls from Grade 1 to 9 for the Academic Year 2014-2015. We will have obtained Accreditation for growth during the Academic Year 2016-2017. This means that we will accept students from Grades 1 to 9.

Registration Requirements:

A.   KG1 – Grade 1:

*          Fill out an application form.

*          Copy of Family ID (For Saudi Students Only).

*          Copy of Student's & Parent's Passport (For Saudi & non-Saudi Students).

*          Copy of Student's & Parent's Iqama (For non-Saudi Student Only).

*          Copy of Birth Certificate.

*          Copy of Student's immunization record.

*          6 Photos -Passport size- of student.

*          Original Letter from Guardian's Sponsor (For non-Saudi Student Only).

*          Medical report

 

B.   Grade 2 – Grade 9 :

*          Fill out an application form.

*          Copy of Family ID (For Saudi Students Only).

*          Copy of Student's & Parent's Passport (For Saudi & non-Saudi Students).

*          Copy of Student's & Parent's Iqama (For non-Saudi Student Only).

*          6 Photos -Passport size- of student.

*          Original Letter from Guardian's Sponsor (For non-Saudi Student Only).

*          Copy of Ministry's approval from previous school.

*          Clearance Letter from previous school.

*          The Last year certificate written in a successful and transferred to next grade.

*          Medical report

 

* Important Notice...

If the child has studied outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia must approve the certificate by:

*          Signed by previous Principal and stamped by previous school.

*          Stamped the previous school certificate by Saudi Embassy or Saudi Cultural Attaché in the country where he/she had studied in.

*          Stamp his/her previous school certificate by the Ministry of Education in the country where he/she had studied in.

*          Stamp the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where he/she had studied in.

 

There is an exception for students who have studied in Gulf Countries as they only need to stamp their previous school certificate by only the Ministry of Education in those countries and have their previous school Principal sign and stamp their previous school certificate.

 

These documents may be sent by email or faxed, however the originals must be provided upon arrival at the school. All applications will be prioritized by date of completed application. The same priorities apply to placement on a waiting list, if this becomes necessary.

 

Age Criteria for Admissions

Criteria School uses age, entrance exam, previous school records, English language proficiency, learning achievement, availability of program, ability to make tuition and fee payments, and a verifiable requirement for a British education.

 

Age of Students

Our School uses age guidelines for admission as shown in the table below. New Students will be admitted only after verification of the age has been received in the form of either a birth certificate or passport. In other grades, enrollment may be denied if the student's age significantly exceeds the normal average for his or her grade placement.
